bathroom issues

this hotel definitley lacks organization, check-in was at 2pm but I got my room at 4pm due to previous guests hogging it. The shower handle was loose, and I had to beg for more soap. almost thought about giving a good review, but ended up disappointed instead. I expect more for what I paid, honestly.
